Homes are selling sooo quickly...in a matter of hours or days...yes, you read that correctly.

It's becoming a sellers market, because there are more buyers than there are homes; which means the homes are selling higher than they are listed for bidding wars.

Can you get an equity loan on your primary home?  That's the best way to buy right now...or if you need a mortgage interest rates are at an all time LOW...3-4%.  Bring your pre-qualification with you to give to your agent, there may be some important information on there that will be helpful to your agent re:  finding you THE PERFECT home.

Don't forget you'll need at least equal to 8% for your closing costs and at least 10% to put down as a first deposit and 2nd deposit of an additiona 10%.
