Arlene and Neal have lived in Arrowhead Lakes for over 35 years now.  Arlene coming up from Philly and Neal from Butler, NJ.  Neal was a packaging rep and was downsized moved to Arrowhead Lakes.  Arlene had her own cleaning business for over 20 years and needed a change went to real estate school, was involved in rentals for a couple of years and then went to sales and rentals at Century 21 in Blakeslee.

Funny story to tell.  Arlene came home one day and said, I'm so busy, I need help, you want to be my assistant"?  Neal started with the paperwork and then said he loved it.  He went to school and as they say...the rest is history.
