Did you know that there are have improvements that you can do to your home to make it show it's best to a potential buyer?
These suggestions don't take a lot of money, skill or time.
1. powerwash the deck, replace any broken or rotted boards, paint and stage the backyard with flowering plants, table and chairs, make it inviting to go outside.
2. wash and refreshly paint the front door...if your current door is worn...replace it and paint it a nice fun color...
3. finish the basement. install a dropped ceiling, drywall or panel the walls and lay down a mold resistence flooring/carpet. If you can furnish it with a TV, bar or pool table that would be even better.
4. insulate the attic and put plywood down for more storage. The insulation will reduce the current cost of heating and cooling the home.
5. plant shrubbery or trees or small garden near the front door. Colorful flowering plants make all the difference in curb appeal. Declutter anything that needs to be decluttered and make sure the steps, laying, railings are in good shape. Paint if need be. The cherry on the top would be a really nice wreath on the front door.
Once it's all ready, give us a call...we can show you what your home is worth in today's market...you may be pleasantly surprised.
